Capacity-Building: Ideation, Validation and Acceleration
Previous work
Managed and delivered startup accelerator programs for early-stage startups, supporting over 150 migrant and refugee entrepreneurs from across Australia.
Facilitated weekly community sessions, including Office Hours and provided mentoring support to participating migrant entrepreneurs and alumni.
Managed entrepreneur support network, brokering connections to VC and impact investment funds, mentors, community organisations, corporate and industry partners, local and state government and other key program stakeholders.
Organised in-person events (e.g. meetups, startup bootcamps, investor roadshows and mentoring support.)

Providing mentoring to La Trobe University student entrepreneurs in the university’s entrepreneurship bootcamp and PitchFest competition, sharing advice on topics across - ideation, value proposition, leadership, product-market fit and finessing pitching skills.
Facilitated workshop “Leading Businesses with Purpose” for La Trobe University x Hume City Council StartNorth “Grow and Go” workshop series.
Presented on panel discussion for La Trobe University’s “Social Impact Businesses”, alongside Victoria’s social enterprise peak body “SENVIC” and Aboriginal social enterprise “Clothing the Gaps.”)
Social Enterprise Network Victoria
Local Lead - Northern Metropolitan Melbourne

Launched SENVIC's northern metropolitan network across Melbourne, convening attendees from diverse backgrounds, including Banyule City Council, City of Whittlesea, local social enterprises, for-purpose startups and leaders from not-for-profit / charity organisations.
Mentored over 12 early-stage social enterprises and for-purpose organisations, including supporting women from migrant and CALD backgrounds, hospitality, disability and arts and culture.
Facilitated referrals to SENVIC's network of resources, advisors and other incubator programs across Victoria.
Hosted two community events, including "OfficeHours" events with Banyule City Council (connecting over 15 social enterprises to mentoring support) and facilitated a panel discussion with Darebin City Council for the inaugural "Social Impact Films" screen launch.
